The hotel with beautifully decorated and new-fashioned rooms, in a central area, in the center close to Plaza Central. Very nicely decorated building and rooms with standard decoration.

It's a quaint place with welcoming staff and silent rooms. The service is ATTENTIVE, includes safe parking. Btw parking is possible nearby. Also, the location is marvellous, minutes from a candy - colored cathedral. The attached restaurant serves outstanding food.

The morning coffee delivered to the room was a lovely touch! The design throughout was charming, with a peaceful courtyard. It was a little noisy at times, though ☕️

The interior design stood out to me, blending local textile crafts in a tasteful way. I particularly appreciated the friendly staff, and there was always an English speaker available for assistance. The garden view from my Junior Suite was tranquil and provided an excellent backdrop for relaxation.

I found the lack of additional shelf space and power outlets a bit frustrating.

The total stay was pleasant for two nights.

While the staff is super kind, they seemed completely clueless about local museums, just wonderful, right? Charging extra for a second cup of black coffee is a new level of greed I've never encountered. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but alas, I just couldn't leave a good review.

Some amenities, like additional shelf space for toiletries and more power outlets, were missing!!! The shower had broken tiles, and I found a bit of a musty odor in my room. Towels were only changed on request!!!

At times, the noise from the kitchen and dining area disrupted the peaceful vibe, especially early in the morning. The family suite we booked didn't meet our expectations. It was a duplex with only one bathroom and no ventilation. This setup was less than ideal for a family, considering the hefty price we paid. Breakfast options were decent, but I found the service a bit slow and unorganized, with items forgotten even after ordering. While I enjoyed the ambiance and the charming elements of Casa Lum, there are several areas that need attention, especially regarding room designs and service efficiency.

Good location in the old town made exploring easy. Our quiet Double Room with Terrace had charming decor, and the peaceful courtyard added to the ambiance. Morning coffee delivered to the room was good. An okay breakfast offered some variety, though we expected more. Responsive staff.

The location was perfect, right on a principal pedestrian street. The staff were really good, with Manager Juan Ramon assisting me in recovering a lost item with genuine care.

Great for families looking for a cozy stay

The ambiance was magical, and the beautiful decorations. Breakfast was not just coffee and bread, they had a full menu that was DELICIOUS, I mean, my favorite was the local dishes they served, and the staff remembered my order all through our stay.

I loved this beautifully decorated hotel right in the heart of the city. the venue was just off a principal pedestrian street in the heart of the old town. - Casa Lum is located at the center of things and the main plaza in the tourist area.
